From August 28, 2025, all imports to the U.S. are subject to customs duties, regardless of value.
The $800 exemption no longer applies. A 15% general tariff or standard MFN tariff (whichever is higher) will be charged based on product category.
There will be no additional payment required upon delivery.
You may still be asked to provide your SSN or EIN for customs clearance.
For apparel, customs may request MID code, material details, and HTS classification.
